Home » About

My name is Nish and I have created this blog to document my progress on my very first startup. I hope to share my moments of inspiration and perspiration, peaks and lows, fun and of not so much fun.

I graduated as an engineer few years back. I didn’t really want to do it but you have little choice against your parents advise especially when you have no idea about life at 17. So after four years at uni and another two trying to find jobs, I hit the lowest point. Finding a job was my last resort, but that never happened.

Famous TV presenter Conan O brian said in his convocation address to dartmouth college ” There is no other feeling more liberating than having your worst fear realised”. I can’t agree more. So for the past few weeks I have been working on my startup idea rather than chasing “real jobs”.

Its time to create and be the difference that we want to see in the world.

  1. I absolutely love reading bios when people write from their hearts. Your blog seems pretty awesome and you should definitely pursue your dream of having your own startup. Just be firm in your goals, and you’ll get there little by little. I also love when you said “Its time to create and be the difference that we want to see in the world.” Happy to hear that there are people like us that think that way too. I’ll definitely keep an eye on your posts. Great job and good luck dear Nish!

    • Thank you for your kind words.

Its really hard to get things up and running from scratch. But we all look for some inspiration, wherever we can get it from, even if its steve jobs video that you have watched 100 times already.

Writing this blog is my way of talking to my own self and to keep myself from falling into the trap of dogma of what others want.

By the way, I loved your blog too. I have spent last 30min on it trying to go through all the info. Its really helpful.

  2. Nish,

    Good idea, man. Good idea.

Blogging will be an excellent way for you to keep yourself accountable. It has certainly helped me as I started my business.

I was in your shoes about 1.5 years ago so I can understand the cocktail of excitement and fear that you have going on right now. Ride the highs and power through the lows. Eventually you will succeed.

I like your writing style. Keep it up!

    Big D
